Be it resolved by the city council of the City of
Pasco:
That the city treasurer be and is hereby authorized
and directed to temporarily transfer to the current expense
fund of the city of Pasco from the varies local improveEent
funds in the hands of the treasurer to be
used in payment of the premiums upon the Corrinrehensive
Liability Insurance policies purchased by the city of Pasco,
the said transfer to be ren-arded as a loan from the local
inproverrent funds to the current expense fund and the same
to be repaid to the funds from 4%,hi.ch taken iyimediately upon
the monies sufficient for such uayment accumulating in the
current expense fund from its usual and regular sources of
income.
