Be it resolved by the City Council of the dity of Pasco
as follows :
That the folloi,ri.ng described real estate situated in
the city of Pasco, Franklin County, State of Washington be
and is hereby dedicated to the uses of the general public
forever for highway and street purposes:
The west forty feet of Block D in Pettit's
Addition to the city of Pasco and a strip of land
eighty feet in width forty feet each side of the
center line of Shoshone street in O'iieefe's
Second Addition produced east through Block D
in Pettit's i- - 5 Addition from the west boun-
dary line of the said Block D to the east boun-
dary line of the said Block D.
Passed and approved this 17th day of April,1941

Tt the undersigned, City Clerk of Pasco Wash-
ington, do hereby certify that the foregoing
resolution adopted by the City Council of Pasco
at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of
