BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
Whereas there has been filed by Franklin County School
District #1 a petition for the vacation of North Ninth
Street betvieen 'Jest Bonneville and West Shoshone Streets
in the City of Pasco,
3ow, therefore, be it resolved that said petition shmll
be heard by said Council on the qday of April, 19411
