RESOLUTION NO. 1 ,� a
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pasco:
That the City Treasurer be and is hereby authorized and
directed to temporarily transfer to the street fund of the City
of Pasco from the various local improvement funds in the hands
of the treasurer such monies as are sufficient to pay for the
purchase of a truck equipped with hydraulic dump and body for
the use of the Street Department of the City of Pasco when bids
for the same are called and accepted by the Council, the said
transfer to be regarded as a loan from the local improvement
funds to the street fund and the same to be repaid to the
funds from which taken immediately upon the moneys sufficient
for such payment accumulating in the street fund from its usual
and regular sources of income.
