RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING MONEY FROM WATER DEPARTLUMIT FUNDS
IN THE AMOUNT OF $4000.00 and $1338.44 FROM THE LOCAL IM-
PROVE11ENT FUND X., TO BE EX REPAID FROM REGULAR SOURCE OF

RESOLUTION DIRECTING TRAIS4SFER OF FU1NDS .
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Pasco: that the City Treasurer be and is hereby author-
ized and directed to temporarily transfer from .the var-
ious local improvemento funds in the hands of the Treas-
urer the amount thereof, beinb ap?roximately One Thousand
three hundred and thirty-six dollars and forty-four cents
($1336.44), to the street fund of the City of Pasco; and
be it further resolved that said Treasurer be and is here-
by authorized and directed to transfer from the water
fund to the street Puna moneys to the amount of Four Thou-
sand dollars (;4000.00); the said transfers to be retard-
ed as a loan from the local im?rovement fund and water
department fund to the street fund and the same to be
repaid to the funds from which ta$en immediately upon
the moneys sufficient for such payment accummulatin6 in
the street fund from its usual and regular sources of
income; the moneys so borrowed from the grater fund to
be first repaid and the money so borrowed fro-, the local
improvement- fund to be then repaid out of the usual rev-
enues accruing to the street fu.1_ .
