A RESOLUTION TO SATISFY LIEN ED AGAIII T PROP-' TY O ;QJY S. H. CHUR

in a motion duly made and seconded, the following
resolution was duly adopted.
it appearing to -the y.ayor and City Council of
Pasco that on the fourteenth day of April, 1908, there was
filed in the office of the County ,',uditor of 'Franklin County,
.7ashington, a notice of lien a.ganist Lots 21 and 22, Block
11 in Gerry's Addition to Paseo, in the sum of twenty-two
dollars and sixty cents t 822.60 ) for the construction .of
of a sidewalk, andiit appearing that the records of the City
of Pasco do not show anything in regard to said assesment and
the owner of said property claims the same h�S been paid and it
further appearing that in any event said assessment is outlavied
and whereas the owners of said property now offers to pay the sum
of give d'o11 rs ( .,715.00 ) in Dill satisfaction of said lien.
Now therefore, be it resolved that the offer of
said payment of five dollars be accepted and the ;ayor ancz
city Clerk of the ;,iter of Pasco be and they hereby a:qthorized to
satisfy said lien of record in theo fice of the Bounty Auditoe
of Franklin county Zashin- ton, datedtthis 4 _" day of
April, 1940,
