a Lesolution presented by the Director of _highways to paint
a traffic line on State Highway Routes 43 and 11 within the
corporation limits of the City of Pasco. Notion seconded by
'Linderman carried so ordered.

WH'r;RELS9 it is the desire of the City (or Town) of Pasco
that the director of highways paint the traffic line along the center line of Primary
State Highway No. 3 and 11 within the corporate limits of Pasco:
now, therefore,
BE IT RIZOLVED, that the City (or Town) of Pasco
does hereby acknowledge that it will not satisfactorily accomplish and will delay
and be unable to faint said traffic line
on such City (or -Town) streets. and waives notice of the director of Highways thereof;.
BL 1Ta URTHE3i RESOLVED, that tie director of highways is reciue:�ted :�.
permitted to paint said traffic line to the
amount of Seventy-five ($75.00) dollars, an amount not in excess
of the amount of money now credited or reasonably anticipated to accrue to the
City (or Town) of Pasco in the motor vehicle fund
-during; the noxt fiscal year, such traffic. line �pairiting
cost to be charged aga.iast the amount so credited,
or to be credited; and
BE IT FURTHER PMSOLVED, that upon statement of the cost of such
traffic line painting and journal voucher
therefor, approved by the City (or Town) of Pasco ,for all
labor, equipment, materials, supplies wad engineering, the State,kuditor is
authorized and directed to reserve and credit to the department, oi,highways in
payment for such traffic line Painting
any D;Lncis credited or to be credited to the City (or 'iown)of Pasco
in the
motor vehicle. fund not to exceed the
above srdcified sum;
