OF KURTHI S !ADDITION
This matter co�rinb on for hearing this 1st day of February,
1940, huvint; been dul'' and reg,; iiarly sdt down foe hearing, at said
and havin6 been duly and regularly continued to t1nlis date.,
ti e,,and it appearing, to the City Council that Franklin. County has
heretofore filed herein a petition setting, forth that it is the
o=er in number. and area of three-fourths (3/4) of the Lots and
Blocks in Kurth's Addition to Pasco, beim, all of Blocks Four (4),
Five (5), E16ht (8), and eine (9), in said audition, settin6 forth
that it is desirous of replattlat, the said blocks in such a way as
to eliminate the area designated thereon as Park, and the circular
streets therein surrounding, the said area, and altering; the Plat
or said ac.dition to said purposes and notice of the time and place
of heurint; on said petition. Navin,_ been Liven and served in manner
provided for the service and sun in civil actions upon all owners
of property not joining in said petition as shown by the records
In the Office of the County Auditor, and due proof of the service
of such notice havint, been -lade and the City Council havlaL heard
the evidence offered is support of raid petition, and the argumaents
presented for and a6ainEt the Granting of said petition finds that
the alterations of the said plat of Kurth's Addition 'as prayed for
would be in the bwst intereet of the City of Pasco, and the inhabi-
tants thereof.
THERr"ORE IT IS ORDERED that the said petition be ,ranted, and
the said plat of Kurth's Addition altered irL, such a vuay as to elimi-
nate the area in the orit,inal addition desibnated as Park, and the
circular streets therein surroundin6 said area, and the proposed
replattin,�, of said addition so filed by tLe said Franklin County
be and thn same is hereby approved, and the City Clerk is directed
to file with the County Auditor of Franklin County the said replat
of the eaid addition to6other witl� a certiried copy of this order
said plat and order to be duly regio ded by the County Auditor as
provided by law.
