RESOLUTION FIXING TITZE OF HEARING ON PETITION TO VACATE AN ALLEY
NHEREAS, Anna Beck has filed a petition for the vacation of
the southernmost alley running east and west through Block 24 in
Riverside Addition to Pasco;
And it appearing therefrom that she is the owner of more than
too -thirds of the property abutting on said alley;
THEREFORE, bei�4day
olved_ by the City Council of the City of
Pasco, that the of 1938,
at the hour of eight o'clock P.'.. in the Council Chambers of the
City of Pasco, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and
place of hearing; on said petition, and the City Clerk is hereby
instructed to post notices of such nearing; on said petition for
at least t,.enty (20) days, set up in three (3) of the most T)ublic
places in the City of Pasco, and in a conspicuous place in the
said alley so sought to be vacated.
