RE SOLUTION. N0. 124-A
BE IS RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer is
directed not to pay an outstanding Local
Improvement District Bonds on any of the
Local Improvement Districts of the City
until expressly authorized to do so by
appropriate action of the city council
