RESOLUTION No .39 .
1THEFEAu;the Catholic Bishop of Spokane and the Sisters
of St.Josenh,of Idaho,have heretofore filed with the City
Council a petition praying for the vacation. of Nixon Street
beti.eenurthur Yivenue and Fourth d.venuein Sylvester's
Park I=Adition to Pasco, VvIashin,,-,ton, and it appearing that the
said petitioners are the owners of more th--n two thirds
of the property abutting; on said Nixon Street between

the said Rwartk Avenue,and said Fourth Avenue,Hov-- therefore
it is hereby resolved;
That the City Corneil does hereby fix the 17th.dany of
February 1920 at the hour of 8 o'clock P.P.Q. at the City
Hall in Pasco, ,'Va.shington as the time and place of the
hearing of said petition and the City Clerk is directed
to give and post notices in manner provided by law.
