Clerk a petition praying for the vacation of certain xt
streets and alleys and public places in Columbia Addition
to Pasco, lashington and whereas it appears that the said
petition is signed by the owners of more than two thirds
2/3 of the private property abbutting upon, the streets
alleya, and public places sought to be vacated,ITOW THEREFOR
BE IT RESOLVED: that the said City Co.sneil does hereby fix
the Third day of February 1920 at the hour of eight o'clock
P.M. at the City Hall in Paso o as the time and place where
said petition shall be heard and determined,and that the
City Clerk shall give 20 days notice by written or printed
notice set tip in three of the most public place in said
City and like notice on each of the streets and alleys
sought to be vacated of the time and. place of hearing said
peti*ion and that a petition for the vacation for the vacation
of said streets and alleys and public places has been filed.
