WHEREAS, it appears that Blocks 4 and 5 of Sylvester's Park addition to the City of Pasco,are outside of any of the local improvement districts for the providing of water,but are adjacent to local Improve1:.ent District 14o.25, =-nd the ,later so situated that said Bloc+Ts can be readily served from the main pipe line, supplying said Local Improvement Distriet,and that such pipe line is of sufficietit capacity to carry in addition to the water for said district,a supply of eater for said Blocks d. and 5.. NOW TrZFiEEFOHF, be it resolved that the owners of said Blocks be and hereby are permitted to connect with the pipe system of said Local Improvement District No.25. Such connection shall be made at the expense of the oiners of said Blocks,and under the supervision of the auth©p ities of the said city,and by a licensed plamber in said city. Providing however,that nothing herein contained shall be construed so as to allow the owners of said property to take any of the water intended for use in s -id local Improvement District No.25. or t in any way deminish the water supply in said District,but that such owners must provide fortheir water supply by arrangements made with Franklin County Irrigation District No.l, it being inten- ded hereby merely to permit the use of the Citys pipe system for the earryin.g of such water,and the owners of such Blocks must provide their own meter or measuring devices. Provided further that the owners of said Blocks 4 and 5 shall pay into the bond fund of Local Improvement Di,otrict No.25, of the time such connection is made, an amount equal to what was originally assessed against equal amounts of lend in said distriet,for the construction of said main pipe line.
