RESOLUTION. Ido .31.
WHL�'REAS,it appears that Blocks 4 and 5 of Sylvester's
Park Addition to the City of P<sco,are outside of any of
the local improvement districtsfor the providing of irrig-
ation water,bnt are adjacent to Decal Improvement District
No.25, and the Muter so situated that said Blocks can be
readily served from the main pipe line,supplying said Local
Improvement District,and thatsnch pipe line is of sufficient
capacity to carry in addition to the water for said District
a, supply of water for said Blocks 4 and 5.
I4OVI T11ERE ORE, be it resolved that the owners of said
Blocks be and hereby are permitted to connect with the pipe
system of s�ryid local Improvement District No.25, Such con-
nection shall be made at the expense of the owners of said.
Blocks,a.nd under the supervision of the authorities of the
said city,and by a licensed plumber of said city. Providing,
however, that nothing herein contained shall be construed
so as to allow the owners of said property to take any of
the water intended for use in said Local Improvement Distract
No.25, or to in any way diminish the .pater supply i4 said
District, br=t that such owners must provide fortheir water
supply by arr^ngements made with Franklin County Irrigation
District No.l, it being intended hereby merely to permit the
use of the City's pipe system for the carrying of such water,
and the owners of such Blocks must provide their own meter
or measuring device.
Provided further that the owners of said Block: 4 and 5
shal:l.pay into the bond fund of Local Improvement District
No. --',,5 at the time such connection is m-de,an amount equal
to what was originally assessed against equal amounts of
land in said district,for the construction of said main
pipe line.
Such amount to be computed by the City Treasurer.
