THE CITY OF PASCO: That it is the intention of the CITY council to improve Ainsworth 'venue from the Northern Pacific Railway Companyls Right -of -:day eastward along the said avenue to the corporate limits of the said City of Pasco, with monies obtained from the County Road and Bridge fund as soon as the -said funds are available. ( S E A L j RESOLUTION No. 28 RENS,it appears that the Board of COUNTY Comamissioners of FRANKLIN COUNTY, have caused plans to be prepared providing for the improvement of fourth Street in Paseo, from the Court House South to the intersection with the present pavement, and WM�REAS, it appears that the City of Pasco has coming from the County Road and Bridge Fund certain monies apportioned to the City under the law, but being in amount insufficient for the improvement above mentioned, and whereas, the said County Board has proposed to put in said improvement according to said plans heretofore prepared by the County Enzineer, in consideration of the city waiving its claim to uch road and bridge fund° z. REFOR:, be it resolved that in consideration of the Board of County COrmnmissioners of Frat31irlin County constructing said street improvement according to said plan that the City of Pasco waive and does hereby waive anj' claims which it may now have against said Road and Bridge Fund end any claims which may accrue to it thereunder during the year 1918.
