RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BO tiRD OF COUNTY COIVUJI '�SI OVERS TO
IMIPROVE CERTAIN STREETS UNC% B 12H'�'.NENT UIGN'sY LLT.
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County,
contemplate the improvement of certain streets of the City of Pasco,
Washington, under the p rmanent highway law of the State of Washington,
which said streets are hereinafter described:
N04V T i +RE -T07-2 BE IT RESOLVED, that the said Board of COUNTY
Comm, i .!�si one rs of said county be and r.re hereby authorized, to improve
the following described streets of said city, to -tit: Commencing at
a point where the North Fourth Avenue intersects with the North Line
of henry Street in sails city, thence Southerly along said Fourth
Avenue to its intersection with the ..est Lewis Street in said city,
thence Easterly along said West'L wis Street in said city, to .the
corporate limits of st�.ch city: And be it further resolved that the
said County is hereby- given and granted all necess.-ry poorer and anthorit�r

to proceed with such improvement, and to mke z&I necessary repairs:_

and maintain the s&me, and to do all 'things which/may lawfully do
under and by virtue of said law.
Passed by the city council of the said city this 16th' clay of
January, 1917, in regular session.
