RE001NTI ON No. 21
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO RCI1 OF Thi CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON.
That whereas, a contract has been ne-otiated between the
said city as party of the first part and the Pacific Power & light
CO�JPANY, a, corporation, party of the second part, bearing date !May
16th, 1916 and providing among other things for the maintaining,
of eight are lights of the type now in use in the saidd city, and
for eighty-four Fa'azda Incandescent lamps of 100 candle power of
the type now operated by the COmpany in the Streets of the said
city and for Eighty-four Mazda Incandescent lamps of 60 candle -
poster of the type now operated by the company, and whereas,
the said city council ha duly considered the said proposed con-
tract and are fully aware of its terr_.�s and conditions,
NOW THEREFORE, the Mayor of the City. of Pasco is hereby
authorized, empowered and directed to execute said contract on
behalf of the said CITY of Pasco, and the 81TY Clerk of such city
is hereby ordered and directed to sign and attest the same on behalf
of the said city and to affix the official seal of such city there-
to, all with the view and with the intent of making; such contract
the binding oTiligation of the said city upon the same being executed
by the pr: =per officers of the said Pacific Potter & light Company.
