BE IT RES, LVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON:
That whereas, the said city council of such city has heretofore
passed an ordinance, being Ordinance No. 267 declaring the necessity
of a re-asseso ent of the property in local district Ido. 19 and
ordering and- directing the City Treasurer to prepare an assessment
roll therefor, and
VMERF. S, the said assessment roll has been prepared in gaeord-
ance therewith and is now on file in the office of the CITY CLERK,
now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED further, that the 2nd day of May,
1916, at the hour of 8 o'clock P. M. be and is hereby fixed as
the time of hearing on such assessment roll, and the CITY Hall of
such city as the place of hearing, and the City Clerk is directed
to publish notice of c_uch hearing ' in manner provided -by lair, notify-
ing all persons desiring to objbct'.to si,,.ch assessment roll to file
their objections thereto in writing at or before said ti -e
And it is further resolved that the City Council will meet at
such place and ti -,;-,-e to sit as a Board of equalization on said assess=
meat Poll and to hear objections thereto, and'will correct, change
lower, or modify such assessment roll or any part thereof, or set
the same aside and order a new assessment, as to the council may seem
just, and then confirm the same by ordinance.
