THE CITY COU.UCII OF T.TEM' CITY OF PASCO DO RESOL713 AS FOLIXT S:
A resolution providing for the annual assessment roll for
the maintenance and one -ration and repairing expenses of Local
Improvement District No. 43 as provided by Ordinance No. 172
Whereas the City Council of the City of Pasco, `Jashington,
did pr vide by Ordinance Igo. 172 duly and regularly passed and
publ�.shea order the improvement of certain property described
in said ordinance and did create local improvement District
No. 43, and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance provided for the making of the annual
assessment roll for the operation, maintenance, and repairing
charges of said water system; and
WHEREAS, an assessment roll sufficient to pay for the total
cost and expense for maintenance, operating, and repairing said
water system -of said local improvement district No. 4 daring
the year 1916 has been duly and regularly prepared and is now
on file vAth the City Clerk of the City of Pasco and open for
inspe cti cin;
N07.1 THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Fasco ,
Washington, do resolve, that all persons who may desire to
object thereto are notified to appear and present such objections,
that the said roll be set down for hearing at the regular meeting
of the city cFuneil to be held at the regular place of meeting
at 8 P. M. 7th day of March, 1916; that at said time the said
City Co,;.ncil will set as a board of equalization to consider the
said roll and objections thereto; that the City Clerk give notice
of said hearing
