RESOLUTION FIXIEG DATE OF hEARI!iG UPON ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR LOCAL B,1PROMIENT DISTRICT NO. 52.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO BEREBY i�ESOLvE:
That the assessment roll for Local Improvement District
No. 52. having been prepared by law, and filed with the Clerk
of the City of Pgsco, the Council does hereby fig the 3rd, day
of August, 1915, at the hour of 7:30 P. M. of said clay as the
time and place for hearing upon said assessment roll, at the
Council Chambers in the City Hall at .Pasco, Pranklin County,
Washington, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of such hearing in the manner provided.by law for two
(2) successive issues in -L-he Pasco Express, the last of such
publications to be at least fifteen (15) days before the 3rd
day of August, 1915.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of July, 1915.
