for the year 1915.
7E ;REkS, the City Council did by Ordinance Bo, 173, duly
and -regularly passed and publishd, order the imp-roveT-nt of
certain property described in said Ordinance and created Local
Im--)rovement District 1,TO. 44-, and
"TRE EAS said Ordinance -provided for the making up of an annual
ass esz- nt -roll for the operation, maintenance, and repairing
charges of said viate_' system, and,
an assessment roll sufficient to pay for the total
coat and ex-.ense for maintaining, operating and repairing said
water system of said Local improvement District .No. 44, during the
Year 1915, has been duly and regnUIrly prepared and is notii on file
with the City Clerk of the City of Pasco, and open for inspection,
B"OI11 TEEREFORE, the City Council_ of the City of Pasco, do
Resolve as foliovis •'?that all persons mho may desire to object
thereto are notified to appear and present such objectiond; that
said roll be set down for hearing at the regale r meeting of ;the
City Council to be held at the regular place of meeting at 7 o'flock
P. 1I_. on the Sixteenth day- of January, 1915; that at said time
said City Council will set as a board of equalization to consider
notice of said hearing.
Passed and approved this 19th day of ffanuary, 1915.
