THE CITY COUIICIL OF ME CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS.
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE A NMAI, ASSESS11ENT ROIL FOR
THE T:TAIIvTENANCE AND OPPERATIOi,T AM REPAIRING EXPENSES OF LOCAL
ITPROVET:]ENT DISTRICT NO. 25 as provided by Ordinance 135 for the
year 1915.
''MEREAS, the City Council did by Ordinance No, 125 duly
and regularly passed and puJ?lished4--1 order the improvement of cert-
ain property described in said Ordinance, and created Local Impro-
vement District No,25 and
AREAS, said Ordinance provided for the making up of an
annual assessment roll for the operation, maintenance, and repair-
ing charges of said water system, and
VV HEAS, an assessment roll sufficient to pay for the total
cost and expense for maintaining, operating and repairing said
water system of said Local Imptovement Disetict I1o.25 during the
year 1915, has been duly and -regularly prepared and is now on file
with the City Clerk of the City fff Pasco, and open for inspection.
NOW Tt�:LMFORE, The City Couhcil of the City df Pasco, do
resolve as -follows, "That all persons who may desire to object the-
reto are notified to appear and present such objections; that
said roll be set down for hearing at the regular meeting of the
City Council to be held at the regular place of meeting at 8
o'clock P. Tdf. On the sixteenth day of February, 1915; that at
said time, said City Council will set as a board of equalization
to consider said roll and any objections thereto; that the City
Clerk give notice of said hearing.
Passed and approved this 19th day of January, 1915.
