THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIEIH CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: T3TPRREAS on,the 1st day of September, 1914, the City Council of the City of Pasco, made witness of the amouaits nesissary bo be raised by taxation, to meet the tublic indebtedness and expenses for the ensuing year, and 7FEREAS said estimates and notice fixing the time of hearing was duly published, and a hearing had at said time and place desig- nated in said. notice, and all persons who desired were given an opportunity ro be heard. IdO"7 TYEREFORE, after due consideration and a hearing orr said eatimates the City Council of the City of ?asco, after revising its estimates does hereby make, determine and decide that the amount of taxes for the year 1915, to be levied upon the current as..;essment rolls be and the same is hereby fixed and levied as follows: First, For payment of indebtedness and intre•st on bonds and warrants, 5,412.00 Second, For payment of Current Expenses 111038.00 Third, For Park Fund, 1 'aill 1,645.00 Foutrh, For Library Fund, 1 IIill 1,645.00 Total Levy 15.740.00 — .That there is hereby levied upon the taxable property within the corporate limits of the City of Pasco, a tax of 12 mills on the dollar for each and evey dollar assessed upon the tax rolls; that the Uity Clerk be aid is hereby instructed to mail a certified copy of this ]Resolution to the Autitor and Treasurer of Fran, -lin County forthwith. Passed and approved this 6th day of C C I T Y I, C. A. Droxson, the duly elected, qualified and acting City Clerk do hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution is a full true and correct copy- of the original Resolution as was passe by the City Council of the City -of Pasco on the 6th day of October, 1914.
