WEEREAS, the assessment rolls for the payment of total
cost and expense for L. I. D. No.50 under Ordinance No.231 are
now on file in the office of the City Clerk, of the City of
P asco, NOVI TEEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1, That the 78th day of August, 1914, at the hour of
8 P. I. at the regular place of meeting of the City Council in
Pasco, !lashington, be the time and -dace fixed for --the hear-
ing if objectiond to such rolls by the City Council, and th4t
the City Clerk give notice thereof as provided by law,
