HomeMy WebLinkAbout2118 Ordinance1 ORDINANCE NO. 21118 AN ORDINANCE relating to parking on streets and in City of Pasco parking lots by amending Section 10.56.110 of the Pasco Municipal Code. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That Section 10.56.110 of the Pasco Municipal Code (Ordinance No. 1999, §5, 1978) be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: P.M.C. 10.56.110 SCHEDULE VI - PARKING TIME LIMITED ON CERTAIN STREETS. In accordance with Section 10.56.060 and -when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no persons shall park a vehicle for a period of time longer than two hours between the hours of eight - thirty a.m. and five -thirty p.m. of any day except Sundays and public holidays within the district, upon any city parking lot or upon any of the streets or parts of streets as follows: Street 3rd Avenue 4th Avenue 5th Avenue Columbia Street Lewis Street Clark Street PARKING TIME LIMITED FROM Columbia Street Columbia Street Lewis Street 2nd Avenue 2nd Avenue 2nd Avenue TO Clark Street Bonneville Street Clark Street 5th Avenue 6th Avenue 5th Avenue The city parking lot located south of the alley between Bonneville and Clark Streets and north of Clark Street and lying approximately in midblock east of 4th Avenue and West of 3rd Avenue. The city parking lot located south of Clark Street and north of the alley between Lewis and Clark Street and lying approximately in midblock east of 4th Avenue and west of 3rd Avenue. The city parking lot located north of Columbia Street and east of 4th Avenue lying generally in the southwest corner of the block bounded by the aforementioned streets, Lewis Street, and 3rd Avenue. Each two-hour period or portion thereon in excess of two hours is a separate violation. Violators of the two-hour parking restrictions shall be fined two dollars. Section 2.
