AN ORDINANCE relating to special classifications for different water
and/or sewer rates and charges, providing authority
therefore and requiring contracts.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 13.16.080 of the Pasco Municipal Code
(prior code §4-3.114) be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows:
P.M.C. 13.16.080 SPECIAL CLASSIFICATIONS AND CONTRACTS. The
city council reserves the right to make special classifications for
different water rates and charges than are set forth in Title 13
provided there are circumstances justifying such action. Any
customer desiring a special classification must make an application
showing justification for a different rate. The city staff must
report to the council on any special classification and different rate
than as set forth in Title 13. A special classification with a
different rate must be approved by the city council, and the customer
must enter into a written agreement with the city regarding the same.
Section 2. That Section 13.40.055 of the Pasco Municipal Code
is hereby enacted to read as follows:

different sewer rates and charges than are set forth in Title 13
provided there are circumstances justifying such action. Any
customer desiring a special classification must make an application
showing justification for a different rate. The city staff must
report to the council on any special classification and different
rate than as set forth in Title 13. A special classification with
a different rate must be approved by the city council, and the
customer must enter into a written agreement with the city regarding
the same.
Section 3. This ordinance shall" be in full force and effect upon
its passage and publication as required by law.
