INFORMATIONAL NOTICE
Dear Property Owner or Resident:
ThePascoCity Council at their regular meeting of May 7, 1979 will
be considering an ordinance which if passed would eliminate on street
parking on 4th Avenue between Court Street and Sylvester Street.
The reason this is being considered is, if parking is removed, it
would allow 4th Avenue to be marked as a four lane roadway. This
would help reduce congestion, increase capacity, and be a positive
factor in accident prevention.
Since the proposal will affect you, you are invited to attend
and provide the City Council input to consider this matter. The meeting
will start at 8:00 p.m. and will be held in the Council Room at City
Hall.
