ORDINANCE NO. 2046
AN ORDINANCE relating to zoning and changing the zone classification
of certain real property within the City of Pasco from
C-1 to C-3.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
described real property situated in Pasco, Franklin County, Washington,
to -wit:
Lots 1 through 7, together with 11 through 16, together
with the vacated north -south alley, together with the
west 54 feet of Lots 17 through 22, together with the
west 189 feet of the east -west vacated alley, all in
Block 150, Pasco Land Company's First Addition to Pasco,
as depicted in the map attached hereto and identified as Exhibit "l",
be and the same is hereby changed from C-1 Retail Business to C-3
General Business.
Section 2. That any and all zoning maps be and are hereby amended
to conform to the aforesaid zone change.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after
its passage and publications as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 16 day of
April 1979.
