AN ORDINANCE relating to zoning and changing the zone classification
of certain real property within the City of Pasco from
C-1 Retail Business to C-3 General Business.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property situate in Pasco, Franklin County, Washington,
to -wit:
PARCEL 1
That portion of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter
of the southwest quarter of Section 20, Township 9 North, Range
30 East, W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the north line of said subdivision
with the west line of State Highway No. 11 as said highway was
established by deed recorded in Volume 58 of Deeds, page 633,
records of Franklin County, Washington, thence east along said
north line 105 feet; thence south parallel with the west line
of said highway 150 feet; thence east parallel with the north
line of said subdivision 105 feet to the west line of said
highway; thence north along said west line 150 feet to the point
of beginning; EXCEPT the north 30 feet thereof as conveyed to
the City of Pasco; AND EXCEPT that portion as conveyed to the
State of Washington of State Highway No. 3 by deed recorded
July 3, 1963, under Auditor's File No. 249938.
PARCEL 2
Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11, Block 2, Plat of Glen R. Mudd Addition
be and the same is hereby changed from C-1 Retail Business to C-3
General Business.
Section 2. That any and all zoning maps be and are hereby amended
to conform to the aforesaid zone change.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its passage and publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and approved as provided by law this
6 day of February 1978.
