AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO AD VALOREM TAX LEVIES AND AMENDING
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 1891.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco by Ordinance
1891 passed October 3, 1977, fixed the amount of ad valorem tax
levies, the payment of principle and interest upon the general
boded indebtedness of the City of Pasco for the fiscal year 1978,
levied the annual ad valorem taxes of the City of Pasco for the
fiscal. year 1978, and.a portion of the same to certain funds for
certain purposes, and
WHEREAS, certain errors in the amounts and percentages
were contained in Section 1 of Ordinance 1891 and need to be corrected;
NOW, 'THEREFORE,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance 1891 be and the same
is hereby amended.to read as follows:
That the annual amount of ad valorem tax levies of the
City of Pasco for the fiscal year 1978 be and the same are
hereby levied upon real and personal property subject to taxation
in said City and all the assessment districts thereof and upon
each dollar of taxable value as follows, to -wit:
