AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE EAST/WEST
ALLEY WITHIN BLOCK 5 OF LONG'S FIRST ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF PASCO.
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Council of the City of
Pasco, by abutting property owners, a valid petition requesting the vacation
of a portion of a certain alley within the Long's First Addition to the City
of Pasco, situated in the City of Pasco, Franklin County, Washington and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing held before the City Council of the City of
Pasco, on August 15, 1977, and it appearing there were no objections to
said vacation, and said vacation being deemed to be in the best interest of
the City of Pasco; NOW, THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following described alley shall be and hereby is vacated
of any future public uses, however a utility easement is retained for those
utilities that presently exist:
The south 2 feet of the east 70 feet of the
east -west alley in Block 5, Long's First
Addition (abutting) lots 12, 13 and 14,
Block 5, Long's First Addition.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED as provided by law, this
j day of AUGUST 1977.
