ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF A
TRACT OF LAND TO THE CITY OF PASCO.
WHEREAS, a good sufficient petition has been filed for the annexation of
a tract of land (hereinafter described) to the City of Pasco, and
WHEREAS, proper notice of hearing on said petition has been given in the
form and manner required by law, NOW, THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF-PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS•:
Section 1. The following described Tracts of land, situated in Franklin
County, Washington:
That portion of the west half of the northeast quarter
of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of
the southeast quarter (Wz NEI SW4 NW4 NW4 SEI) of Section
25, Township 9 North, Range 29 East, W.M., lying north-
easterly of the northern right of way line of primary
state highway no. 3, Columbia River Bridge.`
The west one-half of the north 66 feet of the southeast
quarter of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter
of the southeast quarter of Section 25, Township 9, North,
Range 29 East, W.M.
be and it hereby is annexed to the City of Pasco, and is hereby declared to be
within the corporate limits of the City of Pasco.
Section 2. The Comprehensive Plan of the City of Pasco is hereby adopted
for the described above.
Section 3. The area shall not assume any existing indebtedness of the
City of Pasco.
Section 4. The zoning classification for the area shall be as follows:
C-1 Retail Business
That portion of the west half of the northeast quarter

Section. 25, Township -9. north., .Range 29..East, W.., . lying
northeasterly of the northern right of way line of

of the southeast quarter of Section 25, Township 9, North
Range 29 East, W.M.

Section 5. The above mentioned property shall be in voting district
Section 6. A copy of this ordinance shall be filed with the Franklin
County Auditor.
Section 7. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passage and publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED as provided by law, this
