AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1120 BEING
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR
THE CITY OF PASCO AS A POLICY STATEMENT TO BE
USED AS A GUIDE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND RE-
DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Pasco wishes to make amendments to
the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Pasco, and
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing was held on March 1, 1977, at 8:00 p.m. at the
City Hall, Pasco, Washington, before the City Council of the City of Pasco to
consider amendments to the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Pasco, and
WHEREAS, Proposed amendments, supplementations, or modifications were just
heard by the City Planning Commission and said Commission reported its decision
within ninety (90) days of the time that the proposed amendments, supplementations
or modifications were made, and
WHEREAS, Any objections presented at the Public Hearing were considered by
the City Council and overruled, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Change the existing land use designation from Average Density
Residential to Commercial for the following property:
That portion of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section
20, together with that portion of the southwest quarter of the northwest
quarter of Section 21, all in Township 9 North, southerly of the easterly
right of way of Highway 395 as now contracted.
Section 2. The above listed revisions shall be entered on the official map
on file in the Auditor's Office, Franklin County Courthouse, and said map shall
become the official map as revised.
Section 3. Ordinance No. 1120, and the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Pasco
are hereby changed to conform to the provisions of the Ordinance.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passage and publication as required by law.
