P.O. Box 293 WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Council of the City of Pasco,
Pasc-o, WA.

by abutting property owners, a valid petition requesting the vacation of a
portion of a certain alley within the Pasco Land Company's First Addition
to the City of Pasco., -situated in the City of Pasco, Franklin County,
Washington, ands'
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing held before the City Council• of the City of
Pasco,on. December 7, 1976, and it appearing there were no objections to said
vacation, and said vacation being deemed to be in the best interest of the
City of Pasco; NOW, THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section. 1. The following described alley in that portion of Pasco Land
Company's First Addition as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Book of Plats,
Franklin County, Washington, shall be and hereby is vacated of any future
public uses whatsoever:
The north -south alley lying within Block 126, Pasco
Land Company's First Addition to the City of Pasco.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
execution and recording of the dedication conditioning the
. vacation and after
publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED as provided by law, this
