SUBJECT: Amendment to PMC 10-56-080
In response to the discussion at last weeks council
workshop, I have prepared the attached ordinance for
council action.
In reviewing the situation and the complaints that
initiated the "painting of the curb" I found that the
major problem only concerned that area from lst Street
70 feet east.
Therefor,I recommend passage of this ordinance to make
parking in front of St. Vincent DePaul permissible.
