" � r•d ORDINANCE NO. 1801 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONE CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF PASCO FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL I-1 TO HEAVY IN- DUSTRIAL I-2. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The zone classification is hereby changed from Light Industrial I-1 to Heavy Industrial I-2 for the following described property situated in Pasco, Franklin County, Washington to -wit: That portion of the Burlington Northern Railway right-of-way lying to the east of the railroad tracks between "A" Street & "C" Street in the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 32, T9N, R30E, W.M., except the Northerly 150 feet thereof as measured from the South line of "A" Street. Section 2. Any and all zoning maps are hereby amended to conform to the aforesaid zone change. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage and publication as required by law. SMITH, City Manager Please be advised that at their regular meeting of June 10, 1976 the Planning Commission held a public hearing and at the conclusion thereof by motion re- commended approval of the requested zone change. It is requested that council on June 15, in regular meeting, set a date for public hearing to consider the requested zone change. It is suggested that July 6, 1976 be set as the hearing date. attachment
