AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONE CLASSIFICATION
OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF
PASCO FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL R-1 TO
GENERAL BUSINESS C-3.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The zone classification is hereby changed from Zbw
Density Residential R-1 to General Business C-3 for the following described
property situated in Pasco, Franklin County, Washington to -wit:
Block 137 inclusive, Pasco Land Company's
First Addition to Pasco according to Volume
"B" of plats, Page 38, in Franklin County
Washington.
Section 2. Any and all zoning maps are hereby amended to conform
to the aforesaid zone change.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after
its passage and publication as required by law.

SUBJECT: Huston zone change, R-1 to C-3
ATTENTION: GEORGE D. SMITH, City Manager
Please be advised that at their regular meeting of June 10, 1976 the Planning
Commission held a public hearing and at the conclusion thereof by motion re-
commended -approval of the requested zone change.
It is requested that council on June 15 in regular meeting set a date for
public hearing to consider the requested zone change. It is suggested that
July 6, 1976 be set as the hearing date.
