ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF A
TRACT OF LAND TO THE CITY OF PASCO
WHEREAS, a good and sufficient petition has been filed for the annexation
of a tract of land (hereinafter described) to the City of Pasco; and
WHEREAS, proper notice of hearing on said petition has been given in the
form and manner required by law; NOW, THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following described tract of land, situated in Franklin
County, Washington:
That portion of the west half of the northeast quarter of the northwest
quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 25, Township 9 North, Range
29 East, W.M.., described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said subdivision; thence west along
the north line thereof a distance of 165 feet to the true point of be-
ginning; thence continuing west 165 feet to the northwest corner of said
subdivision; thence south parallel with the east line of said subdivision,
a distance of 620 feet to the southwest corner of said subdivision; thence
east.a distance of 165 feet; thence north a distance of 620 feet to the
point of beginning
be and it hereby is annexed to'the City of Pasco, and is hereby declared to be
within:j.the corporate limits of the City of Pasco.
Section 2. The Comprehensive Plan of the City of Pasco is hereby adopted
for the described above.
Section 3. The area shall not assume any existing indebtedness of the City
of Pasco.
Section 4. The zoning classification of the entire parcel shall be Retail
Commercial C-1, and all zoning maps of the City of Pasco are hereby amended to
include the aforesaid zone classification.
Section 5. The above mentioned property shall be in Voting District No. 2.
Section 6. A copy of this Ordinance shall be filed with the Franklin County
Auditor.

Section 7. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after.its
passage and publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED as provided by law, this 2
day of December, 1975.
