AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ONE FIRE
ZONE FOR THE CITY OF PASCO TO BE
KNOWN AS FIRE ZONE NO. 1, AND ADD-
ING A NEW CHAPTER TO TITLE 18 OF THE
PASCO MUNICIPAL CODE, TO BE CHAPTER
18.12 "FIRE ZONES".
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1,. That a new Chapter entitled "Chapter 18.12 Fire Zones" be added
to Title 18 of the Pasco Municipal Code as follows:
" 18. 12.10 Fire Zone One. Tha t property lying within the following
described area within the City of Pasco shall be and hereby con-
stitutes Fire Zone No. 1:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Bonneville
Street and Tacoma Avenue; thence South on Tacoma
Avenue to the alley between Columbia Street and South
Street; thence West on alley line to Fifth Avenue; thence
North on Fifth Avenue to the alley between Clark Street
and Bonneville Street; thence East on the alley line to
Second Avenue; thence North on Second Avenue to Bonne-
ville Street; thence East on Bonneville Street to the point
of beginning. "
18.12.11 Provisions. Fire Zone No. 1 shall be subject to the provisions
of the existing City Building Code and existing City Fire Prevention Code
and such other codes, ordinances, rules and regulations as the City may
adopt from time to time."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage
and publication as required by law.
