AN ORDINANCE VACATING A CERTAIN STREET AND ALLEY IN THE
PASCO LAND COMPANY'S FIRST ADDITION LIKING WITHIN THE CITY
OF PASCO
WHEREAS, There has been filed with the City Council of the City
of Pasco, by abutting property owners, a valid petition requesting the vac-
ation of a certain street and alley, in the Pasco Land Company's First Addition,
situated in the City of Pasco, Franklin County, Washington, and
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing held before the City Council of the City of
Pasco on October 2, 1973, and continued to October 16, 1973, and it appearing
there were no objections to said vacation, and said vacation being deemed to be
in the best interest of the City of Pasco; NOW THEREFORE;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following described street and alley located in
the Pasco Land Company's First Addition as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Book
of Plats, Franklin County, Washington shall be and hereby are vacatedof any
future public uses whatsoever:
The portion of Idaho Avenue lying between
the South right-of-way line of Spokane
Stseet and the North right-of-way line of
New York Street along with the North/South
alley lying between the aforementioned
streets in Block 143, Pasco Land Company's
First Addition, as recorded in Volume B,
Page 39, Book of Plats, Franklin County,
Washington
Section 2. The Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after
its publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED as provided by law, this
