We see no reason not to drop the reference to Section 35-A.12.160 as your attorney has recommended, and the sentence would then begin with the words, "This Ordinance ." i It is necessary for me to be in Walla Walla on August 21, and I will therefore arrange my schedule to be available at your regular meeting on the evening of the 21st in the event any questions would come up. It has been numbered 1602. Our City Attorney, however, at the meet- ing suggested to me that Section 1.0 be modified. He. feels the referral to Section 35-A .12.160 is not applicable in our case and that the sentence should begin with the words "ThLs ordinance .".
