Rei �, WHEREAS, There has been filed with the City Council of the City of �',,�f� Pasco, by abutting property owners, a valid petition requesting the vacation of a portion of certain streets and a certain alley in the Riverside Addition, situated in the City of Pasco, Franklin County, Washington, and WHEREAS, Public Hearings were held before the City Council of the City of Pasco, on December 7, 1971, January 4, 1972 and January 18, 1972, and WHEREAS, There were objections to the vacation of Washington Avenue west of Ship Avenue, and no objections to the vacation of Ship Avenue as requested and the alley in Block 29; and said vacation being deemed in the best interest of the City of Pasco; NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The following described street located in the Riverside Addition as recorded in Volume B, Page 44, Book of Plats, Franklin County, Washington shall be and hereby is vacated of any future use whatsoever; That portion of Ship Avenue lying West and South of the East line of Lot 1, Block 30, Riverside Addition. Section 2. The following described alley located in the Riverside Addition as recorded in Volume B, Page 44, Book of Plats, Franklin County, Washington shall be and hereby is vacated of any future use whatsoever; That certain alley lying Northerly of Lots 14, 15, and 16, Block 29, Riverside Addition. 886° Section 3.
