HomeMy WebLinkAbout1510 OrdinanceORDINANCE NO. 1510 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR TEMPORARY TRANSFER LOANS IN THE AMOUNT OF $81,000.00 FROM THE ARTERIAL STREET FUND, AND IN THE AMOUNT OF $80,000.00 FROM THE ENTERPRISE - WATER/SEWER FUND,TO THE GENERAL FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $22,000.00, TO THE CITY STREET FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $110,000.00, TO THE PARK & RECREATION FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,400.00, TO THE DEBT SERVICE - 1961 G.O.B. FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $700.00, TO THE DEBT SERVICE - 1962 GOLF REVENUE FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,700.00, TO THE GOLF FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,000.00, TO THE FINANCE FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,200.00; ALSO, TO PROVIDE FOR REPAYMENT AND THE ASSESSMENT OF INTEREST. WHEREAS, said money is available in the Arterial Street Fund and the Enterprise-Water/Sewer Fund, and WHEREAS, said recommended loans are in the best interests of the City of Pasco; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The following temporary transfer loans are hereby authorized: FROM: Arterial Street Fund $81,000.00 Enterprise-Water/Sewer Fund 80,000.00 Total: $161,000.00 TO: General Fund $22,000.00 City Street Fund 110,000.00 Park & Recreation Fund 12,400.00 Debt Service - 1961 G.O.B. 700.00 Debt Service - 1962 Revenue 5,700.00 Enterprise - Golf 5,000.00 Finance Fund 5,200.00 Total: $161,000.00 Section 2. These loans shall be repaid by the various funds to the Arterial Street Fund, and the Enterprise-Water/Sewer Fund prior to December 31, 1972, to- gether with interest at the rate of 4% per annum. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage and publication as required by law. PASSED by the City Council this 21st day of December, 1971. G.E.
