CITY OF PASCO
ORDINANCE NO. 1493
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE NORTH -SOUTH ALLEY BETWEEN CINCINATTI
AND TRINIDAD AVENUE AND COLORADO AND UTAH STREETS, AS HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED LYING WITHIN THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, There has been filed with the City Council of the City of
Pasco, by the abutting property owners, a valid petition requesting
the vacation of the alley running North and South between Cincinatti
and Trinidad Avenue and Colorado and Utah Streets, situated in the City
of Pasco, Franklin County, Washington.
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing was held before the City Council of the City
of Pasco on August 17, 1971, and it appearing there were no objections
to said vacation, and said vacation being deemed to be in the best int-
erest of the City of Pasco; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The alley running North and South between Cincinatti and
Trinidad Avenue and Colorado and Utah Streets, hereinafter described
shall be and hereby is declared vacated of any future public use what-
soever.
The North-South alley between Cincinatti and Trinidad Avenues
and Colorado and Utah Streets, within Block 53, Frey's Addition
as recorded in Volume B, Page 16, Book of Plats, Franklin County,
Washington.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after
its passage and publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED as provided by law, this 17th
day of August, 1971.
