AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1120 BEING
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR
THE CITY OF PASCO AS A POLICY STATEMENT TO BE
USED AS A GUIDE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND RE-
DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY OF PASCO.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Pasco wishes to -make amendments to
the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Pasco, and
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing was held.on March 15, 1977, at 8:00 p.m. at the
City Hall, Pasco, Washington, �eforq the City Council of the City of Pasco to
consider amendments to the Com rehe sive Plan of the City of Pasco, and
WHEREAS, Proposed amendmen supplementations, or modifications were just
heard by the City Planning Co ss
ion and said Commission reported its decision
within ninety (90) days of ytiftime that the proposed amendments, supplementations
or modifications were npde,

s presented at the Public Hearing were considered by
the Cit Councilf4id uled, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITTY COU11C1r OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Sects 1. CAJ2ge the existing land use designation fromCGommercial to
serial for' -the+ following'. property-:
Lot 14, Block 2, Acre Park Addition according to
plat thereof recorded in Volume "B" of plats,
Page 11.
Section 2. The above listed revisions shall be entered on the official map
on file in the Auditor's Office, Franklin County Courthouse, and said map shall
become the official map as revised.
Section 3. Ordinance No. 1120, and the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Pasco
are hereby changed to conform to the provisions of the Ordinance.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passage and publication as required by law.
