HomeMy WebLinkAbout1346 Ordinance� a ORDINANCE NO. 1346 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONE CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF PASCO FROM COMMERCIAL C-1 TO COMMERCIAL C-3 ZONE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Zone Classification is hereby changed from Commercial C-1 to Commercial C-3 for the following described property.situated in Pasco, Franklin County, to -wit: 22 Lots 6, 7, 8, 14, 15, 16, 21, 2 3, and 24, Buck's Subdivision, as recorded in Volume "B" Page 70, records of Franklin County Auditor. Section 2. Any and all zoning maps are hereby amended to conform to the aforesaid zone change. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage and publication as required by law. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco, Washington, this day of March 1969.
