HomeMy WebLinkAbout1294 OrdinanceORDINANCE NO. 1294 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONE CLASSIFICA- TION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF PASCO FROM R-1 LOW DENSITY RESIDEN- TIAL DISTRICT TO R-3 HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The zone classification is hereby changed from R- 1 Low Density Residential District to R-3 High Density Residential District for the following described real property situated in Pasco, Franklin County, Washington, to -wit: Lots 1 and 2, Block 10, Pettit's Addition to Pasco, according to plat thereof recorded in Volume "B" of plats, page 42. Section 2. It is expressly understood and agreed that the aforesaid zone change is subject to the following conditions: A. That a sight obscuring fence be constructed between the residential property to the north of such construction as to adequately separate the two residential uses. B. That construction on said property must commence within one year from the date hereof and be completed within two years from the date hereof. In the event that any condition set forth above is not complied with according to the terms thereof, the City Council may cause the zone classification to revert to R- 1 Low Density Residential District or such other classification that the Council shall determine provided, however, that all requirements regarding amendments to the zoning ordinance set forth in the City Zoning Ordinance and the :general laws of the State of Washington are complied with. Section 3. Any and all zoning maps are hereby amended to conform to the aforesaid zone change. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage and publication as required by law.
