AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONE CLASS-
IFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN
THE CITY OF PASCO FROM R-1 LOW DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO R-2 MEDIUM DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. The zone classification is hereby changed from R-1
Low Density Residential District to R-2 Medium Density Residential
District for the following described real property situated in Pasco,
Franklin County, Washington:
Beginning at a point 300 feet south of the intersection of the west
right-of-way line of South Elm Avenue and the south right-of-way
line of South Elm Avenue to its intersection with the north right-
of-way line of East Alton Street; thence west along the north
right-of-way line of East Alton Street to its intersection with the
east right-of-way line of South Wehe Avenue; thence north along
the east right-of-way line of South Wehe Avenue to a point 300
feet south of the south right-of-way line of West Lewis Street;
thence east to the point of beginning, commonly known as that
area lying between Elm Street and Wehe Street and Alton Street
and Lewis Street.
Section 2. Any and all zoning maps are hereby amended to conform
to the aforesaid zone change.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passage and publication as required by law.
PASSED BY THE City Council of the City of Pasco and APPROVED
as provided by law this 18 day of July, 1967.

As per your request, the following description covers the area of the Rent
Supplement Housing Project and includes the access road on the west side of said
property, and the privately owned lot adjacent to the south east corner of said
property:
Beginning at a point which is the intersection of the center line of
East Alton Street and the center line of South Elm Street; thence North
along the center line of South Elm Street, which is a line bearing North.
00 38' 42" East, a distance of 805.92 feet; thence West along a line bearing
North 890 05' 33" West, a distance of 770.00 feet; thence Southeasterly along
a line bearing South 90 55' 18" East, a distance 556.59 feet; thence South
along a bearing South 0° 46' 42" West a distance of 260.00 feet to the center
line of East Alton Street; thence East along the center line of East Alton
Street, which is a line bearing South 89® 09' 48" East, a distance of 668.45
feet to the point of beginning.
