AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 115 OF ORDI-
NANCE NO. 1024 AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE 1151;
AND PASCO CITY CODE 8-42.20; AND BEING AN OR-
DINANCE RELATING TO AND REGULATING MOTOR
VEHICLES, TRAFFIC, TRAVEL, AND TRANSPORTA-
TION AND THEIR INCIDENTS UPON THE PUBLIC
STREETS, BICYCLE PATHS, AND OTHER WAYS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC; PRESCRIBING THE POWERS AND
DUTIES OF OFFICERS AND OTHERS IN RELATION
THERETO; DEFINING OFFENSES AND PROVIDING
PENALTIES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 115 of Ordinance No. 1024 as amended by
Ordinance No. 1151; and Pasco City Code 8-24. 20 are hereby amended to
read as follows:
"SECTION 115: Schedule V --Stopping, standing, or parking
during certain hours on certain streets prohibited. In accordance with
Pasco City Code Section 8-34. 20, and when signs are erected giving
notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle between
the hours specified herein on any day except Sundays and public holi-
days within the district or upon any of the streets or parts of streets
as follows:

South side of Bonneville Street adjacent to
Block 12, Gerry's Addition lying between
3rd and 4th Avenues
West side of Tacoma Street between
Clark and Bonneville

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its passage and publication as required by law.
