LATING TO PAY PERIODS, VACATIONS, SICK LEAVE, AND PER-
�eQea SONNEL PRACTICES.
\ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 1184 as amended by Ordinance No.
1218 and Pasco City Code 2-2.40 are hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section S. The minimum amount of vacation to be
taken is considered to be six (6) days, and the maxi-
mum amount of vacation to be taken is considered to
be fifteen (15) days; however, requests for vacation
other than the minimum or maximum may be authorized
by the Department Head. The vacation schedule shall
be arranged as to cause a minimum disturbance to the
City's operations. The vacation schedule once arranged
shall not be changed except for valid reasons. "
Section 2. Section 6 of Ordinance No. 1184 as amended by Ordinance No.
1218 and Pasco City Code 2-2.44 are hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 6. For any regular employee, the maximum
number of accumulated vacation leave days credited
shall be twenty-four (24) days. "
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage
and publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED as provided by law this
